This page is your step-by-step guide to how we take your vision from concept to completion — using a proven, streamlined process that keeps you informed, involved, and excited every step of the way. From your first onboarding form to the final file delivery in our secure client portal, we’ve made sure the experience is simple, organized, and results-driven.
Streamlined Process to keep your projects on track
Step 1: Project Onboarding
Client submits the onboarding to the portal.
Once on the dashboard you would selet the outline that pertains to your project.
Consultation are available for request based on your projects needs.
Step 2: Design & Development
Turnaround time is 5-7 business to receive your 1st drafts.
Drafts are not final until approved.
Step 3: Review & Revisions
Revisions are unlimited however must be communicated within a 7-day period after draft is completed.
Step 4: Final Delivery
Once approved, final files and assets are delivered via the portal.
Clients receive all necessary files for their brand and marketing needs.

How long does the design process take?
The design process depends on the scope of your project. Full websites, CRM setups, and complete branding packages can take up to two weeks from the start date. Smaller projects or single services may be completed sooner. Turnaround times are also strongly influenced by how quickly we receive your onboarding details, content, and revision feedback — timely responses help keep your project on schedule.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — revisions are unlimited. However, all revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your draft to keep the project moving forward. Requests made after this period may require a new booking or incur additional fees.
What’s included in a retainer?
Your retainer covers a set number of design tasks or hours each month, depending on your plan. Common requests include social media graphics, marketing materials, website updates, and brand collateral. We’ll work from your priority list each month to keep your projects moving.
Are payments refundable?
All payments are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase. This ensures your project slot is reserved and resources are allocated to your work.
Do you offer in-house financing?
Yes — in-house financing is available for projects over $999. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance split into scheduled payments. All financing terms must be agreed to in writing before your project begins.
