Get your portal invite
You’ll receive an email invitation to our client portal—please check your spam/junk folder. You can also set up your account anytime at portal.designsecured.com.

Complete onboarding
Inside your dashboard, complete onboarding, then select your project type and submit your outline so our team has everything needed to create your draft.

Draft delivery timeline
Drafts are completed within 7–10 business days (depending on season and queue). You’ll be notified in the portal once your draft is ready.
Tip: If you don’t see your portal invite within a few minutes, check spam/junk and search your inbox for “Design Secured”.
